WHAT DO I GET?
If you are an off-season athlete or non-competitor who wants to optimize your training and nutrition, we can set you up with a plan to do so and teach you how to track progress if needed. You can check in with us periodically based on an agreed schedule to trouble shoot, make adjustments and put in place the next phase of the game plan.
Following your 1-hour Skype call, you will receive a detailed spreadsheet that lays out your training and nutritional protocols to follow until your next call is scheduled. Follow-up calls are usually recommended to be scheduled every 2 to 6 months.
FIRST TIME COMPETITORS
For competitors working with us for the first time, we want to set you up for success. We highly recommend contacting us early in your offseason, months prior to when you need to start your contest preparation. This helps to ensure you have a spot on our contest preparation rosters, helps develop rapport with your coach, and helps you learn our methods. Finally, it ensures you have maximized your offseason. Competitors who consult with us before entering contest prep coaching are ensuring they have maximized muscle mass gains, food intake and kept their body fat at the appropriate range to be in the ideal start position to have a successful contest prep.
Those who utilize our consultations prior to contest prep will have their contest prep start-up costs reduced by the amount they paid for their initial Skype consultation.
WHO WILL BE MY COACH?
3D Muscle Journey is a team of professionals. Although we are 5 individual coaches, we follow the same key coaching principles and stand by each other’s methods 100%. We collaborate and meet as a staff very frequently, and have systems built into our operations to ensure that our athletes are receiving the same quality of care across the board.
That said, we do not accept individual coaching requests. Our team administrator disburses incoming applications based on roster availability.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Once you contact the team and agree to our terms, you will complete an initial application to obtain the necessary information regarding your current training, diet, cardio, supplementation programs and pictures of your physique. The form also informs us as to if/when you plan to compete, and allows us to devise a time table for your journey and goals. It is essential you give as much detail as possible to aid us in creating an efficient customized program.
If you are interested in scheduling a Skype call, you can CLICK HERE to send a message to our team administrator, or email us at email@example.com.
Please be patient as we will respond to your inquiry in 5-7 business days. This response will be via email, from our administrative assistant. We will answer any questions you have and go over the steps needed to join the team.
WHEN WILL I STOP BEING COACHED?
Skype-based programming is performed on an as needed basis. You pay prior to each call, it is scheduled with your coach, and then you and your coach collaborate together to determine your game plan and when you will check back in for the next consultation.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
All of our coaching services begin with a one-time start-up fee, which is included in the cost your first Skype Programming call. Follow-up calls will be less expensive, as the start-up cost reflects the energy we put into creating your customized introductory program. Thus, if you decide to hire us for contest preparation in the future after consulting with us, we will waive the Contest Prep start-up fee (if you are still following the program) as the initial work has already been done and paid for.
All calls are scheduled and paid for one at a time. Discounts are available to students and active military.
Because we insist on learning of your situation and goals before recommending a plan of action, we do not release projected prices until you have made contact with your future coach.
