We are really transparent when it comes to our weekly 3DMJ podcast, where as a group we discuss many bodybuilding topics. With that said, I started this blog series back in February where I thought it might be cool and interesting for you to be a “fly on the wall” while I give coaching feedback to my weekly rostered athletes. I knew I needed to make a change in order to maintain performance, but more importantly to keep me healthy, motivated and jovial. A couple weeks ago, I decided to change from my long established and successful four-day training split to a six-day training split with the intention of creating a better training environment.
