This is one of the toughest blog entries for me to date and there’s really no easy way to say what I’m about to say. So in short, I ended my 2018 contest prep prematurely a couple weeks ago. I wanted to write an in depth blog about this decision to potentially help others who may have had or who are thinking about ending their prep. With that said, the more I think about it, the more I know I need to be selfish and to do this blog for me so it can help me regain clarity and to find better peace with my decision. There’s a lot of mixed feelings I’m sorting through, but hopefully by verbally expressing my situation it will become clearer that my decision is for the best. I know this blog is more for me, but I truly hope there’s value in it for you.

Hi Debbie, Thanks so much for the nice words and I appreciate you following along! I know it seems sad, but please don’t feel sad for me. I have a beautiful family and I’ve had an amazing career as a bber and coach, so although this pause in my journey seems like a downer..the big picture always has a way of bringing in a breath of fresh air 🙂 Thanks again for all the support as it’s truly appreciated! -Jeff
