3DMJ Godfather – Chasing the Physique (’19 Prep – Ep. 1)

Ten years ago this month I started a small humble blog called “3DMuscleJourney” to share my contest prep journey with others. At the time, I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams ten years later “3DMuscleJourney” would be a five headed monster and known as a premier leader in the natural bodybuilding community. In honor of my first 3DMuscleJourney blog ten years ago, I thought it would be a nice gesture to go back to my roots and once again share my contest prep journey with you all on this platform.
