Welcome back to the final installment of our emotional eating series. In this last piece, we will cover the emotional eating cycle and the steps to break it.
To help with overall flow and coherence, this final segment is covered via video in place of the article format used in parts 1 and 2.
One final point I want to make before getting into today’s topic, is how to get the most out of it:
The more you put into this process, the more benefit you will get. If you want to stop this cycle of emotional eating, and more importantly resolve the issue (the source of your unhappiness) which is causing you to do it, take these steps seriously. Give them the amount of time, energy and thought necessary, to figure this “thing” that you’re dealing with out, so you can eliminate this issue for good.
