Are you obsessed with bodybuilding? Think about that for a minute, and I mean really think about it. If you are reading this blog article, it’s a question that is definitely warranted in this day and age of the internet. I know all too well how easy it is to spend countless hours reading articles, watching YouTube videos, listening to podcasts, and following other athletes’ journeys on social media. Ask yourself the following: is that time spent actually enhancing my bodybuilding journey? Is it impacting my life outside of bodybuilding in a positive or negative way?
Those are questions I’ve asked myself recently, and with close to 32 years of experience, I’m quite aware of the impact that obsessing on bodybuilding can have on my life in a positive or negative way. As a long time bodybuilder and coach, I know how valuable my experience may potentially be for you, so I wanted to share my thoughts on this subject in the hopes of giving you clarity as to how you may want, or need to think about the sport.
